Candidates applying for the position must possess at least 2 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, which may include but is not limited to microfinance institutions, non-banking financial companies, cooperative banks, regional rural banks, and fintech companies, as well as the insurance sector. The experience should be gained as a full-time permanent employee, and any experience of less than six months in any organization will not be considered.
