Candidates would receive an initial basic salary of Rs. 21,865 per month, plus bonuses and other benefits. A LIC ADO employee's salary is determined by their pay grade, which is 21,865 -1340(2)-24545-1580(2)-27705-1610(17)-55075. In a "A" class city, the total compensation at the bottom of the scale, including house rent allowance and city compensatory allowance wherever applicable, will be around Rs. 37,345/-.
