SSC CGL Mains consists of three papers: Paper 1 (450 marks), Paper 2 (200 marks), and Paper 3 (200 marks). Each paper has different sections and marking schemes.
Paper 1 has 1 mark deduction per wrong answer. Papers 2 and 3 have 0.5 marks deduction per wrong answer. No deduction for unanswered questions.

The cutoff varies each year based on difficulty level and number of candidates. Typically, the cutoff ranges between 60-75% of total marks.
